Jannie Liedecke is one of our excellent, high-performing IT consultants. A recent business-critical project for one of 7N's clients, a public Danish organization, highlights her multi-faceted and extraordinary work as a Project Manager.
The project aimed to build a solution that extended 7N’s client’s existing Identity and Access Management solution (IAM). The project had high strategical vigilance due to it being critical for our client within their IT security, in protecting personal data, and simultaneously securing compliance with legal specifications.
Throughout the project, Jannie contributed with design and requirements specification of the solution and tasks within coordination and project management. Furthermore, Jannie contributed significantly to the content of our client’s NSIS review, which required both a technical description of the solution as well as organizational and process-related clarifications. In addition, Jannie had a central role in the implementation of the solution.
Jannie constantly focused on finding solutions throughout the project. When something got stuck or could not be done as planned, Jannie always looked for solutions elsewhere. Jannie possesses a tireless enthusiasm and contributes with good spirits and good energy. The ability to navigate within rigid frameworks and balance the consideration between user-friendliness and the organizational needs were some of Jannie’s indispensable qualities that ensured our client’s results and progress.
