At 7N, the heart of our business lies in our dedicated consultants. Each day, they apply their expertise and go above and beyond to assist our clients in achieving the best possible solutions. It is for this reason that we aim to shine a spotlight on the remarkable efforts of some of our consultants, who are fueled by their knowledge, commitment, and wealth of experience. Let's unleash their performance.

Glenn Petersen, Gitte Antonisen & Johnny Werther are some of our excellent, high-performing IT consultants. Their joint, high-quality effort as a team came to the forefront in a large, ambitious program for one of 7N's clients in the public sector.

The program's main objectives were to streamline, automate, and centralize processes to optimize and secure a more sustainable way of working in the sector. On the IT part of the solution itself, solutions from around 20 suppliers had to be integrated.

The three consultants have been key players in the project and, together with the project organization, dedicated operational staff, and solution-oriented suppliers, made the program a success. The team covered several areas and had different roles in the program. Glenn was the Enterprise Architect responsible for ensuring that the entire solution was coherent in terms of IT and processes - including requirements specification, specification of interfaces, and ensuring deliveries. Gitte was the Clinical Project Manager responsible for the clinical workflows and hygiene, including fulfilling capacity requirements. Johnny had two roles as the Cross-functional Test Manager and Implementation Project Manager at one of the sites. In the first mentioned role, he was responsible for testing and roll-out - not only to ensure that the individual IT systems met the requirements but that all workflows and logistics processes across organizational units were connected. In the second-mentioned role, he was responsible for commissioning the building, supplies, process equipment, IT systems, and workflows.

The Client expresses their contentment with the 7N team in the following statement: “Johnny, Gitte, and Glenn have been a large and important part of the major quality investment in the reprocessing area. In concrete terms, we have built two large, highly automated units that eventually will reprocess all the relevant items. The design and commissioning of the two units is a complex task due to the IT-technical solutions that underpin the automatic ordering and the fact that most of the workflows have been replaced by automation. Here, Johnny, Gitte, and Glenn have been competent sparring partners, which has been crucial for the two sites to become operational.”

We are lucky and proud to work with such a dedicated and professional team as you. We hope to continue our work together for many years in the future!
