At 7N, the heart of our business lies in our dedicated consultants. Each day, they apply their expertise and go above and beyond to assist our clients in achieving the best possible solutions. It is for this reason that we aim to shine a spotlight on the remarkable efforts of some of our consultants, who are fueled by their knowledge, commitment, and wealth of experience. Let's unleash their performance.

Linda Winther Frost is one of our excellent, high-performing IT consultants. In 2022, Linda had the vital role as the Product Owner of an MES implementation in no less than four pioneering projects at one of 7N’s clients, a large company in the pharmaceutical industry.

The 7N client was facing extensive capacity expansions within the production of new medication formulations, which met skyrocketing market demand.

The new lines Linda was working on were groundbreaking for 7N’s client, as they were part of the digital and automated strategy where robots would replace human interaction on the production lines. The stakeholder landscape was significant, and there were numerous dependencies on other critical projects such as a fully automated SAP EWM warehouse solution, assisted line clearance, and several other projects in a GxP critical world.

The following statements from multiple stakeholders on the different projects Linda has taken part in illustrate her strong leadership with in-depth knowledge of the processes in a pharmaceutical company.

The IT Project Manager of one of the projects states: “Since her entry, Linda has assisted with her highly dedicated experience within project execution of high priority projects, which have been a large focus area in the management group. Linda has the ability to fight determinedly until the desired result is achieved in such a way that she takes her team members in oath before a necessary decision is made. Despite being the practitioner or facilitator herself, she puts the team members at the front of the spotlight. Linda has over time filled a large role as the Product Owner in the team with great success among her references and relationships around her."

The IT Senior Project Manager of one project states: "Linda steps in when she feels that we as [7N’s client] project managers are under pressure and takes on tasks of managerial orientation as if she were from [7N’s client] herself. In general, you can say that Linda is an [7N’s client’s] resource but with another background on her card.

The Scrum Master of one project states: “Week after week, Linda manages to get to the bottom of complex challenges, always ending up making things happen. This in itself is a difficult discipline to master. But the ability to decode the social dynamics between people translates directly into the well-being and stability in Linda's teams. Well-being and security are some of the most important factors in agile, high-performing teams. Linda manages to live by this mantra while always being generous with her good humor, which is a great inspiration and joy for all colleagues.

We are lucky and proud to work with such a dedicated and professional person as Linda. We hope to continue our work together for many years in the future!
