About this course                                

Performing model-driven development 
This comprehensive two-day (16-hour) course is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in business process modeling using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). Participants will learn to define and identify business processes, understand the significance of BPMN in business process modeling, and master both basic and advanced elements of BPMN notation. The course includes practical exercises that enable participants to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges.

The instructor has an extensive experience as a business analyst across diverse industries, including automotive, banking, retail, and public administration. He obtained certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, PSM I, PSPO I. The instructor is currently, working as an independent consultant in one of the EU institutions. Additionally, he is involved in developing the blog zarzadzanieit.com.pl and conducting training sessions.
