About the course

Performing model driven development
Our objective in this workshop is to equip participants with the skills to create BPMN and UML diagrams and translate business requirements into visual representations using BPMN and UML. Moreover, the participants will understand how the different diagram types work together for a holistic system design.

We will cover the fundamentals of software architecture, good diagramming practices, BPMN deep dive, UML, presentation, and stakeholder communication.

Your instructor
The instructor is a senior architect with over 30 years of experience in many industries and large complex organizations. He has been involved in all software development aspects and is keenly interested in agile systems development methodology.

Moreover, the instructor is an experienced teacher and has been practicing workshops and effectuating training, coaching, and mentoring for junior and senior IT workers.
