About the session
A methodological framework for analysis and documentation when designing it-supported business systems
This session will propose a methodological framework for designing IT-supported business systems. Said framework uses a model-based approach to analyze, design, and document the different aspects of IT systems to automate business:
- The business domain comprises business processes, information, and rules.
- Functional and non-functional requirements.
- Solution architecture and design.
Attendants will get an overview of how the proposed modeling and documentation framework can produce the needed basis for developing it-supported business systems. Moreover, the proposed framework fits nicely together with either TOGAF or RUP.
Your instructor
The instructor is a senior architect with over 30 years of experience in many industries and large complex organizations. He has been involved in all software development aspects and is keenly interested in agile systems development methodology.
Moreover, the instructor is an experienced teacher and has been practicing workshops and effectuating training, coaching, and mentoring for junior and senior IT workers.
