Effective use of ECAT tooling to understand large monoliths
Legacy modernization transforms or replaces outdated systems with modern technologies and architectures. This process is challenging, especially when dealing with large and complex monoliths developed over many years. How can we understand the current state of these systems, identify the potential risks and opportunities, and plan a feasible and effective modernization strategy?

In this session, we will introduce ECAT (Enterprise Complexity Analysis Tool). This powerful tool helps us document the as-is architecture of legacy systems, analyze their dependencies, integrations, and business processes, and generate actionable insights for modernization.
