As a program manager, program risk manager or PgmMO (program office), effectively handling risks is crucial for achieving your program goals and ensuring program success. This workshop focuses on enhancing your ability to identify, monitor, and manage program risks throughout the program life cycle and across the projects in the program — from program definition to planning and execution.

Your instructor
The instructor is an advisor and experienced instructor in IT program and project management and project risk management with experience in public sector IT development, digitization, and construction. He is the founder of the consultancy RISK ID, part of the Danish IPMA certification organization, an associate management consultant at Peak Consulting Group, and a volunteer fundraiser at The Danish Multiple Sclerosis Society.
