Introduction to Principles/Theory and group work
As a project manager and organization, mastering the craft of precise schedules and budgets is a cornerstone skill. Yet, it's a challenge that many IT projects grapple with, often resulting in frustrating schedule delays and budgetary overruns. But it doesn't have to be that way.
Our objective in this workshop is to empower you to create plans that truly reflect the reality of your projects. We achieve this through a dynamic blend of introduction to theory and short group exercises. We will engage in dialogues and the hands-on application of knowledge within our exclusive 7N Lab. This immersive experience fosters a collective understanding of common challenges and explores innovative approaches for overcoming them.
We explore both the traditional planning and estimation methods (waterfall) and the agile methodologies, introducing you to a comprehensive toolkit tailored to your unique project management needs.
Your instructor
An experienced professional with over 20 years of practical planning and estimation expertise. He has been teaching for more than a decade, including regular instruction at institutes and internal courses at companies such as Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and others. As a program and project manager, he has led critical and large-scale planning and estimation processes in both private and public organizations.
