About the workshop

Tooling to support decision making in software development
In this workshop, you'll learn how to utilize a technology-driven advisory tool to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system's current state, strengths, and weaknesses. We'll delve into interpreting and analyzing the tool's results to identify critical issues, prioritize them, and plan effective resolutions. Additionally, we'll explore strategies for communicating and collaborating with your team and stakeholders, leveraging the tool as a common language and source of truth.
