About the workshop

ECAT training for critical users and operators
ECAT (Enterprise Complexity Analysis Tool) is a powerful tool that can help you document the as-is architecture of your legacy systems, analyze their dependencies, integrations, and business processes, and generate actionable insights for modernization.

In this workshop, you will learn how to use and configure ECAT to assess the complexity of your systems, identify the areas that need improvement, and plan a realistic and successful modernization roadmap.

You will also benefit from the experience of our expert, who has used ECAT in one of the most significant modernization projects in Denmark. Learn from his best practices and lessons learned. This workshop is tailored to your specific needs and based on a system from your organization.

Who is this workshop designed for?
The workshop can be held for operators (technical consultants that configure the ECAT) or for key users (architects and system owners) who will use the results from ECAT.

You will need
Access to the tool and an analysis of a system we can use for training (preferably a mid-sized system, which all attendees know).
