About this workshop
Dig a little deeper into BABOK
Underlying competencies describe and reflect the behaviors, characteristics, knowledge, and personal qualities that make you an effective business analyst on a project. The BABOK® Guide categorizes these essential skills and knowledge into six categories. You can think of these categories as building blocks that you bring to each of your projects when you put on your business analysis hat, roll up your sleeves, and start working.
The workshop takes participants through the issue of underlying competencies in a comprehensive manner on the basis of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge. It not only looks at the theories but also highlights key elements relevant to practice. In addition, these qualities can be useful not only for analysts but for anyone working on a project.
